The Southern
Region APC was held on 18 Nov at the Century Makhota Hotel in
Malacca. About 40 brothers attended and apart from the
training, brothers have been inspired and revived. The Region is being
divided into three areas, namely Johor Bahru, Malacca/Segamat and Seremban. In
line with the paradigm shift there is much enthusiasm to start Chinese
Chapters. Five pastors later joined the lunch
meeting.
The APC for the
Sabah Region was held on 25thNov. at the Shangri-La Tanjung Aru
Resort, Kota Kinabalu. Forty brothers attended the conference and later ten
local pastors were invited to join the luncheon. The Lord’s amazing grace on the
“Happy Men” in Sabah was evident as brothers praised the Lord and shared news of
the activities in year 2000. Over three hundred people have come to know the
Lord as Saviour through FGBMF banquets, luncheons and weekly meetings. For 2001,
the Region resolved to have outreaches in Sandakan, Tawau and Lahad Datu and to
inaugurate 3 Chapters. |
