The National Board would like to remind leaders and members that the FGBMF is a men’s fellowship and the Ministry’s chief mandate is to win all men to Jesus Christ by bringing the Full Gospel to them through the sharing of our testimonies in the marketplace.

Therefore the National Board would like to urge all members to observe the following 6 principles diligently for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ in their commitment to and implementation of the vision and mission of the FGBMF ministry:

1.

Although some of our members may be in the secular business and the FGBMF functions are attended by many people in various types of businesses, members are reminded not to introduce or promote their products or transact any business other than the business of the Full Gospel.

2.

In line with the policy of complete neutrality so as to bring a greater unity among all people in the body of Christ, all members are urged (during the meetings of FGBMF) not to promote any particular ministry. However, it will be in order to announce forthcoming events, especially those of an evangelistic nature.

3.

It would also stress that members should not do anything that contravenes the law of the country or to use the FGBMF ministry to canvass for any political party or to solicit support of their business or recruit members for their business and investment schemes during the FGBMF functions other than to fulfill the vision and mission of the FGBMF.

4.

In the conduct of their legitimate business and profession, the National Board would like to remind all members not to involve the FGBMF name or constituency in the promotion of their products, businesses and profession.

5.

The general rule of “caveat emptor” applies to all who are entering into any investment or business partnership with members. Proverbs 11:14 and 15:22 about the multitude of counselors for safety and the establishment of the matter are to be applied and encouraged among members who are contemplating such involvement.

6.

The guiding principle is that in their conduct of all their affairs, members should not involve the FGBMF in any controversy or to discredit the Ministry in any way. Where doubts exist submission to leadership’s counsel and to each other for the good of the ministry is to be desired and followed.

FGBMF Logo
Our logo is in the process of being registered as a trade-mark of FGBMF Berhad.

In addition, taglines like “Happiest People in the World”, “Happy Men’s Club” and “His Banner Over Us is Love” are normally identified with FGBMF.

Whilst it is not the intention of the National Board to unduly restrict the usage of the above, it is deemed necessary that their application on commercial products need to be guided.

All formally constituted chapters of FGBMF Malaysia may freely use the above in its flyers, literature, announcements, call cards and other promotional and informative material associated with the FGBMF ministry.

The application of the above on merchandising and commercial products must have the specific approval of the National Board.  Products deemed appropriate and effective for promoting or projecting the proper image of the Fellowship and its ministry are usually designed and produced by the National Office for nation-wide distribution. However, Regional Boards, Groups, Chapters and Ad hoc Committees with specific projects and tasks, may from time to time, wish to retail such products to raise funds.  In such cases apply to the National Board with the following procedures mentioning:

1.

The logo, slogan or tag line to be used.

2.

The product it will be used on.

3.

The estimated number of pieces of the product.

4.

Where the product will be sold.

5.

The purpose of retailing the product, e.g. raise funds for the chapter to finance the cost of chapter members travelling outstation to promote the setting up of Chinese chapters.

6.

The proposed selling price.

7.

The estimated fund to be raised.

8.

Proposed contribution to the National Office for the use of the logo, slogans, or tag-lines.

The National Board upon approving the application may impose certain conditions as it deems necessary.  Any subsequent variation will require further approval.

The party being granted approval will be responsible for maintaining proper accounts and to remit the agreed contribution to the National Office.  The National Office reserves the right to audit the accounts if deemed necessary.

As a general rule the National Board will support whole-heartedly the initiative and effort of members which promote the Fellowship and its ministry.  Approval will not be given for our logo, slogans or tag-lines to be used for personal gain.
