The Annual Members Conference (formerly known as Annual Planning Conference) for 2002 has been fixed as follows: 

1.	Northern Region on Saturday 5 October at Taiping Resort & Country Club
2.	Central Region on Saturday 12 October at KL Golf & Country Club
3.	Sabah Region on Saturday 19 October at Kota Kinabalu
4.	Southern Region on Saturday 2 November at Kluang
5.	Sarawak Region to be finalised
