As the year 2003 draws to a close, it is time again for us to pause and reflect on the year that was. We trust that it has been an eventful year for you as much as it has been for us at the Publications Committee. 

We would like to thank all who contributed. We are indeed most grateful and appreciative of all your help and support because without all your concerted efforts there would not be the Flame. 

We continue to welcome constructive criticisms and suggestions to improve the content and quality of our publications. 

Finally, let us remember to touch hearts and change lives as we celebrate the festive season and usher the New Year.
