THE DEDICATED AND enthusiastic FGBMF men together with other servants of the Lord pressed on to carry the Gospel to towns throughout Malaysia, with many souls added into the kingdom of God. The Happy Men continued with their burning zeal to testify, sing and dance and labour for the Lord. The following were their recent endeavours:

The Happiest Hour meetings organized by the Southern Region have been a major hallmark of their ministry in Johore. Many people were reached and called back to God. They have not looked back since and continued to put their hands on the plough.

In March 2005, two meetings were held at Skudai and Kluang with twenty five people gave their lives to Jesus. In the Apr. meetings held at Kluang, Batu Pahat and Yong Peng, a total of thirty people responded to the altar call. Another twenty six souls said YES to Jesus at the May gatherings held at Kluang and Batu Pahat.

We thank the Lord for bringing Rev Dennis Balcombe of Hong Kong to take a series of Chinese Evangelistic banquets. Though a Caucasian yet he communicated the Gospel in perfect Mandarin and Cantonese that put some of us to shame. Truly, he has a compassion for the Chinese people. Daily from 13 Apr to 20 Apr, together with the Happy Men, he went around Sitiawan, Telok Intan, Taiping, Ipoh, Penang, Langkawi, Alor Setar and Kangar to share the Gospel.

We thank the Lord for the gift of salvation with a total of 99 people responded to the various altar calls. However, at Sitiawan, none came forward to accept Jesus there but seeds were planted.

Rev Miguel Escobar With arrangement with FGBMFI Spore, the Central Region invited Rev Miguel Escobar of Chile/USA on Apr 18 to take a Special Holy Spirit Evening meeting at KL's Endah Parade, Seri Petaling, KL.

After a wonderful time of worship led by the Sri Petaling Chapter, Rev Escobar shared his personal testimony on how he met Jesus through numerous power encounters. One of which was the super natural gold-filling of his teeth.

Those present could felt God's presence as the Holy Spirit started to move. Led by His Spirit, Rev Escobar started to call out some people for specific prayers. Many especially those that hungered and thirsted for a touch of the Lord were blessed because they came.

And many more were spiritually energized and fire-rekindled to continue in serving Him in power and fire.

May 08, 2005 Mother's Day English Evangelistic Banquet @ KL organized by Combined KL Chapters with Bro H T Long (the former Elvis Presley of Malaysia) as the singer and speaker. Hallelujah, fifteen people received the gift of salvation.

May 20, 2005 Chinese Evangelistic Banquet @ Kota Kinabalu organized by Kota Kinabalu Chapters with brothers sharing personal testimonies. Hallelujah! A total of 120 people responded and gave their lives to Jesus.

May 21, 2005 Chinese Evangelistic Banquet @ Seri Kembangan organized by Central Region Chinese Chapters with brothers sharing personal testimonies. Rejoice for the 25 people that surrendered their lives to Jesus.

May 28, 2005 Chinese Evangelistic Rally @ Tangkak, Johore organized by Southern Region Chinese Chapters with brothers sharing personal testimonies. Hallelujah, five people received God's gift of salvation.

On May 11, a Special Luncheon meeting was held at Bukit Kiara Club, KL. A total of 200 participants including church pastors gathered together for lunch and were ministered by Rev C Peter Wagner regarding marketplace ministry.

On Apr 23, a total of 700 people gathered at PJ Civic Centre for an afternoon Miracle Healing Explosion Rally organized by PJ New Town & KL Bukit Indah Chapters with Rev Vernon Falls as the minister. The weak, sick and low in spirit and the afflicted came and signs and wonders were witnessed. Many were healed by the Lord but no record was taken on salvation but at least 100 people surrendered their lives to Jesus. Truly with man it is impossible but with God, all things are possible.

The FGBMFI Hong Kong Happy Men led by Bro Hugo Chan visited Ipoh, Kota Bharu and Kuantan. They came with their unfading zeal to share the goodness of the Lord and to sing and dance.

At the Apr 7, Chinese Evangelistic Banquet at Ipoh, 80 people invited Jesus into their lives. The next day at the Chinese Evangelistic Banquet at Kota Bharu, what a joy it was to witness twenty people accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour. Untiringly for another day, the Happy Men went to the Chinese Evangelistic Banquet at Kuantan to share their personal testimonies where 92 people responded to the salvation call, Hallelujah.

Although not all the churches participated, a total of 60 participants registered. The feedback had been most encouraging. One of the participating pastors requested that a similar seminar be conducted again next year for the churches in the KL's Ampang area. Always seeking to be a blessing the FGBMF shall continue to serve the churches and the community in every way possible.

Back by popular demand, another Financial Freedom seminar (third in the series) was organised at KL in collaboration with KL North Pastors' Fellowship. It ran through a total of 10 weekly sessions (every Sat. 3.00-6.00 pm from 9 April to 11 June) at River of Christ Church, Kota Damansara. Bro Wong Hong Meng, FGBMF Malaysia National Secretary again generously offered his time and talent to act as the Facilitator.

At the Southern Region, Chinese Evangelistic Outreach meetings were held on Mar 26 at Yong Peng, Mar 27 at Johore Baru and Apr 16 at Seremban. A total of 10 souls were added to His Kingdom after hearing real life personal testimonies.

Mar 18 Chinese Training Seminar @ KL organised by Combined Central Chinese Chapters with Rev Kou of Taiwan as the speaker and with the theme: WALK THE TALK. About fifty participants responded for the training.

We also thank the Lord for sending His servants to minister to us in various chapter meetings during the past few months. Among them were Bro Daniel Burt of USA and locally, Dr Paul Kok, Ps Christopher Dan and Bro Yang Kok Weng, just to name a few.
