As a member of the FGBMF, Bro. Albert Li had always carried out the Lord’s work well. He has lead many people ‘back to God’ and brought many more to know and accept the Lord Jesus as their Saviour.

However, there was one fervent prayer in his heart that had appeared to be an insurmountable, herculean task for many years. He has found no success in sharing the Gospel with his father who was a committee member of a Chinese temple. Nonetheless, Bro. Albert Li continued to uphold his beloved father in prayers.

One day, Bro. Albert Li’s father was ill and was admitted to the hospital for treatment. God then sent a worker in the form of evangelist (Bro. Philip Yeoh) to minister to his ailing father. A Gideon, Bro. Philip shared and the seed that was sown on previously hard ground took root and began to sprout.

Bro. Albert’s father accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour on 26 February 2007 and consequently received water baptism on 8 April 2007 at the First Baptist Church, Jalan Pantai, Petaling Jaya. Alleluia! Indeed He makes all things beautiful in His time.

Bro. Albert’s father now worships at the Hokkien Church in SS1, Petaling Jaya.
